The Interaction Group is primarily known for its safety cards, used by airlines all over the world. But our company also serves any industry that needs high-quality visual instructional materials or print services. This includes businesses in healthcare, fitness, education, manufacturing, security and retail, in addition to railway and maritime transportation companies.

The art of conveying critical information visually, with clarity and precision, so that viewers may take decisive action when needed.

This depends on several factors including the scope of the project and whether it will be a regularly scheduled carrier (Part 121) order with customization, or a business/charter aircraft (Part 135) order using some existing materials. For Part 135 customers, this can be as short as several days.

Part 121 orders for regularly schedled carriers are generally more customized. All our safety card customers receive literature that references safety equipment and information specific to that particular aircraft, as well as their logo. This results in a one-of-a-kind-safety card product. However, safety cards requested by Part 121 carriers may also include made-to-order illustrations, brand-specific graphics, and larger quantities necessary for larger carrier needs.

Part 135 orders are recommended for small or private fleets of business or charter aircraft that may not need fully customized solutions or large quantities. These orders can be placed through our safety card wizard for the greatest time and cost efficiency.

Yes, our artists are able to create any kind of unique illustration in a variety of styles. There are four house styles to choose from or a completely custom style can be created for additional cost.

Using a proprietary methodology, we utilize independent moderators to conduct testing of safety cards and safety instructions among a random sample of test subjects. We can test materials created by The Interaction Group, or materials provided by you.

Yes, our comprehensive client profiles include any logos, brand standards, contact information, correspondence, approved creative, and approval dates. This enables us to easily reference files in the event you require a reprint, quickly assessing how old artwork may be and whether changes to safety equipment and aircraft may require updates.
